Bigger, Better, and Muddier!
Junior Warrior – our annual take over of the Total Warrior course at Bramham Park – is back for 2024!
North Yorkshire Scouts and North Yorkshire Girl Guides have been given exclusive access to take over the Total Warrior course on the beautiful Bramham Park Estate this summer. If you would like to learn more about what the course and event entails, please visit the Total Warrior website. Please do not make a booking via their website as you will only be able to book on the public events.
The two sessions on offer will be on the evening of 19th and 20th of June. Time slots will be issued to all groups closer to the event but they will be within 17:30 until 21:30. Junior Warrior costs £18 per participant.
We will need an enthusiastic group of volunteers to help us support the running of Junior Warrior on the day. This could include helping with the car parking, or helping to supervise some of the elements of the course. If you are able to help us, please fill in our form at this link – Volunteer Sign Up Form.
UPDATE: We have sold out of all of our spaces already based on the estimated numbers Groups and Units have given us. Once we get confirmed numbers, we may be able to open up more spaces to our waiting list. To be in the chance to book onto any spare places, please fill in the Waiting List form below.

Timeline and booking process
1 March 2024 – Bookings open
Once your booking is received, one of our friendly volunteer event team members will create your account on our booking system which can be linked directly to your Online Scout Manager Account.
12 April – Deadline for submitting member names
You have until 12 April to confirm with your members who will be attending you will then need to put the names of the attending members on the booking portal. You can then start uploading the health information for each member (you can also invite parents to do this directly to make your lives easier!)
5 May – All information finalised in the booking portal
All emergency, medical, and personal details are locked down in the booking portal and no further changes can be made.
Invoices for the full balance will be issued on 5 May and must be paid within 14 days. Please note that we will not chase Groups/Units for payment. Once the 14 days have passed, your booking will be deleted and all spaces released to the waiting list.
31 May – time slots all issued
Groups will be sent a time slot by the Event Team by the end of May. We will take into account travel time between your group’s meeting location and the event when allocating the time slots.
