Event Timeline

Saturday 1 March, 18:00 – Bookings Open

Groups can register their interest for places between 1 March and 15 March. After this period, we will confirm how many places groups have got. We have more places available this year, and we hope to be able to accommodate all groups who want to come to Junior Warrior! The booking link will be available on this webpage from 1 March.

As with Junior Warrior 2025, for groups bringing at least 12 young people you will need to provide a route marshall for the full evening (not just when your group is on the course). By having these volunteer marshalls we are able to keep the cost low compared to the main event.

From 15 March – Places Confirmed

We will contact registered groups to confirm whether they have a group spot and how many places they’ve reserved. Once your booking is received, your group will be able to add information to your booking. This can be linked directly to your Online Scout Manager account to make things easier for you!

Friday 10 April – Final Numbers must be confirmed by Groups/Units

We will need groups to confirm exactly how many young people will be attending from their Groups. After this point we will not be able to add any more young people into your booking. We will send out an invoice for payment after we have received your Groups’ final numbers.

Early June

We will send out your Group’s timeslot, and event information such as the risk assessments. Timeslots will be within 17:30 until 21:30. These will be calculated based on the age group and the distance your Group has to travel to get to Bramham Park.

Volunteer Support

We will need an enthusiastic group of volunteers to help us support the running of Junior Warrior on the day. This could include helping with the car parking, or helping to supervise some of the elements of the course. If you are able to help us, please fill in our form here, and our team will get in touch with you.

Whilst we know that adults like to take part in the run, Junior Warrior is an event for our young people. Adults can accompany any young person with additional needs or help run around with our youngest members for free if an additional need is identified.
