As Scouts, we believe it’s important to give young people life skills. We inspire our youth to be more, learn more, and accomplish more!

Here in York, we give 3000 young people across the City the chance to experience adventure and enjoyment every week! We’re talking about developing resilience, leadership skills, and teamwork—skills that have helped Scouts become teachers, social workers, astronauts, and Olympians, among other professions!

With demand for Scouts being high, most of our 25 York Scouts Groups are only accepting waiting list enquiries; however, we now have spaces for Cubs and Scouts in Bootham & Clifton, Stockton-on-the-Forest, Osbaldwick & Murton, Haxby Road, and Heworth! If your son/daughter is interested in Beavers and Squirrels, we are keen to hear from you too!
