Are you seeking more adult volunteers?
If so, then this is the event for you!
Sunday 17th November 2024, Knaresborough
We know, from feedback across the county, finding volunteers is probably the greatest
challenge we all face. We are running this half day workshop for anyone who wants to
explore new ways to find volunteers and keep them for as long as possible so more young
people can enjoy Scouting.
By the end of the event, you will be able to:
● Use new ways to identify potential new volunteers.
● Use new tools and methods to help you recruit.
● Approach potential volunteers with confidence to ask them to help.
● Retain new volunteers for as long as you can.
The workshop will be as interactive as possible and rooted in practical experiences from
around the County and beyond.
