Event Support

Our Event Support team maintains a vast selection of equipment, including marquees, communication, safety equipment, signage, catering, plumbing and electricity and trailers. Its team members are skilled with setting up provision for major events, to turn a plain field into a fully-functioning camp with toilets, electricity points, catering units, gas supply, telecommunications systems, and audio-visual stage set ups. The team kit is stored in a secure location in Thirsk. The team supports North Yorkshire events, and also sell their services to other Scout Counties and Districts, as well as private events such as The OMM.
